Civil law
We provide consulting and representation in all areas of civil law. Our services include legal consulting in the fields of law of obligations, property law, law of inheritance and family law.
We draw up and review agreements, contracts, settlements, legal opinions and other documents as well as prepare and file actions and legal remedies and other motions in court and administrative proceedings, and we represent clients in these proceedings. We also make enquiries, obtain certificates and extracts from official records and represent clients in proceedings for registration in various registers.
Corporate law
In corporate law we provide legal services in incorporation, management and liquidation of companies. We offer advice and representation in transfers of equity stakes, organisation of general meetings, mergers and acquisitions, and status changes of companies.
We prepare memorandums of association, statutes and other organisational acts of companies. In cooperation with a reliable team of external associates we carry out due diligence and consult on mergers and acquisitions.
Labour law
We provide employers with legal services in drafting and amending general and specific acts in the area of labour law and personal data protection. Our services include drafting of employment contracts, agreements on training and scholarship as well as consulting on termination of employment contracts.
We conduct labour law procedures on behalf of employers and provide representation in individual and collective labour disputes before the competent courts.
Litigation and administrative procedures
We provide representation in litigation proceedings in all stages of the trial, in proceedings before the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, and in administrative proceedings, including representation before inspection authorities and in administrative disputes.
Our services also include representation in non-litigation proceedings to arrange personal affairs and family relations or set compensation, regulate housing matters and relationships between co-owners, in proceedings to resolve division of property and matrimonial property as well as in proceedings to resolve issues of land plot boundaries and way of necessity.
Real estate law
We provide legal services in purchases and sales of real estate, and the establishment and extinguishment of servitude. Our services also include consulting and representation in procedures for entering buildings and parts thereof in the Building Cadastre as well as procedures for establishing commonhold ownership and determining land appurtenant.
We also provide consulting and representation services in procedures to secure claims by a lien.
Insolvency law
We provide consulting services in financial restructuring procedures as well consulting and representation in compulsory settlement, liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings against legal persons, sole proprietors and consumers.
Our services include drafting and filing of registrations of claims and legal remedies in insolvency proceedings.
Intellectual property and copyright law
We provide consulting on intellectual property and copyright law as well as legal protection of copyrights and intellectual property rights. Our services also include drafting of contracts on copyrights and intellectual property rights.
